How long do these illustrations take?
Once ordered, they will be emailed to you within 1-2 weeks. If you require it earlier, add the Rush Fee to your cart along with your chosen illustration style.

Do you print and ship the illustrations?
No, my store is based off digital illustrations that are emailed as high quality files which you can then print. It means that my items are more affordable, accessible, and fast!

Can I make up the image I want or does it have to be an exact photo?
Yes! I’m happy to work around your ideas! I can also combine people from different photos in one illustration if you need! 

What kind of photos work best for illustrations?
The better the quality of the image, the better the illustration will turn out. 

Can I use your illustrations for business purposes?
No, my illustrations are to be used for personal use only. If you wish to have a logo designed for your business send me a message to discuss options.

Returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to being custom-made. If you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
